Roasted Herbed Chicken

Whole organic chicken
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 yellow onion, quartered
1 lemon, quartered
4-5 garlic cloves
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh sage
1 cups organic bone broth

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Clean out the cavity
3. Place chicken in shallow baking dish
4. Rub with oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage & garlic & 1/2 lemon, juiced
5. Fill cavity with 1/2 lemon, 2 garlic cloves & 1/4 onion (optional to fill the cavity with herbs as well)
6. Place squeezed lemon and rest of onion and garlic in base of pan
7. Pour bone broth into bottom of the pan until filled up to one inch
7. Cook for 20 minutes per pound 
8. Let cool & enjoy
