When owner Jerry Carollo and his family took over the business in early 2019, they set sail on their dream. Making an impressively quick mark in his community, Prima Pizza Kitchen became an instantly loved pizza joint in Somerville, NJ. Jerry has been in the business since he was eight years old having gained all his experience from his father’s establishment. Having watched the transformation and growth in Somerville, Jerry’s goal was always to have an eatery all of his own in the town he grew up calling home. Fast forward to now, and with the help of his lovely staff, it’s time to celebrate the first year of success.
