Food Hall, hosted by Boozy Burbs.

This past Thursday, April 26th, we were invited to Boozy Burbs first ever Food Hall. The event took place at The Terrace In Paramus NJ. The second we pulled in we knew it was going to be a good one. The line down the street, the filled parking lots, and the people everywhere was enough for us to realize how much fun we were going to have. Every single detail at this event blew us away.

The event was packed with people enjoying the free photo booth, live DJ, and of course, LOTS OF FOOD & BOOZE! The atmosphere was everything and more, a foodie paradise for sure. The VIP section was filled with thrilled influencers and came equipped with a light box for the ultimate photos… and that wasn’t even the best part! The best part was that Adam Seger, corporate sommelier/executive bartender with iPic Entertainment, was our assigned bartender for the night representing City Perch. His big hit in our book was definitely the Heizenberg, Adams take on a tequila sunrise.

Let us not forget about the food! To start, of course, we ran over to Callahan’s in search of the Flaming Hot Cheetos Soft Shell Crab Sandwich. This sandwich lived up to all its hype. It knocked us out and made all our friends jealous they missed out. Let me paint you a picture: the soft shell crab was breaded with crushed flaming hot Cheetos, paired with crisp bitter arugula and a pale ale cheese sauce. All of that was then cushioned between a potato bun and voilà! Daniel C. DeMiglio, 3rd generation grandson and owner clearly knows what he’s doing!!

Another great vendor who blew us away with creativity was Empanada Mania. Their Taconadarito had us baffled. We chose the beef empanada which was then placed on a giant tortilla with rice and beans, wrapped up into a burrito and then topped with all your taco favorites. This bite was so indulgent and so perfect.

Unfortunately we were too late when we ran over to Red White & Que. Although they were all out of buns we still insisted on trying their bacon and brisket. It was pull apart delicious, definitely check them out! Another great bite that night was the tuna tar tar from Biddy O’Malley’s.

Our favorite sweet of the night was the s’mores donut from Glaze Donuts. It was a vanilla cake donut with marshmallow cream, chocolate frosting and graham cracker crumbs. Simple, decadent, and we of course ate every last bite. Our full tummies didn’t seem to mind.

The cannoli cup cake from Sweet&Flour was also killer!
